Well I just upgraded my blog’s backend for the first time since I started it. Go me. It took a freaking half hour to do it, but I did it. And I didn’t completely kill my blog, Woot!
Also, Mike (Sasuke) hit a 6660 GamerScore on Xbox Live today, so that’s quite awesome. Now if only I could get my Xbox 360 to turn on…

Okay, as most of you know, I’m a VERY big fan of Acer computers. I’ve never had a single problem with my AcerPower S285 desktop, and I’ve told most people I know that are getting a new system to buy an Acer. Well apparently there’s a rumor that Dell is trying to buy Acer, and if that happens, I will never buy another system again. I’ve owned dell systems before; I’ve had to deal with the hassle of dealing with their horrible support, and I’ve even been told to fuck off by one of their support reps. Not real friendly if you ask me. This will be exactly like the Compaq-HP Merger: Buy the company, then destroy everything good about the company and leave the name. Anyways, there’s my quick rant today, I’m off to my next class.
Okay, so the other day I went out and bought an Xbox Live Vision Camera because I needed a webcam, and I needed a headset for my computer so I can continue Hosting my show on Remix Radio and so I finally have a reason to use Skype again (The XBLV comes with an XBL headset). It’s a great little Camera for 40 bucks and it takes decent pictures when hooked up to my PC (Well, it takes decent pictures when used with a little piece of software called “YawCam”). The only downside I’ve seen with the camera is that it gets a little hot when it’s in use, and that there’s no official program for the camera to take pictures when it’s plugged into windows. The former is caused by the LEDs for the Ring of Light, and the latter is fixed with YawCam. So overall I’m happy with the camera as a webcam on my PC. Now, I would hook the camera up to my 360, but I can’t start it up without the system crashing and dying. So until I get a new 360, I’m putting off the gaming part of this review.
