I just downloaded In This Twilight (The Latest leak from Year Zero by NIN) and I’m seriously loving the song. It’s extremely differen’t from the other 3 leaks so far.

Annoying post title aside, You may have noticed (If you haven’t, get your vision checked) that I finally added Digg smart buttons to the site today because I was bored out of my mind and can’t sleep. After 10 minutes of figuring out the permalink code in the index I finally got it and i think they look awesome. Also the Del.icio.us buttons are gone, The code was messy and just… bleh. I just couldn’t take looking at it, the button just looked wrong on Redshift. Anyways, just a small update about the site.
This is just soo freaking funny, I was in a game of LieroX with Ben and Joe the other night
and I turned on a hack to speed up the game (I was hosting so it affected Everyone), and I was bleeding all over the place in game. Well the blood starts to sink into the walls in the game after a whille and.. well just look at the pics.
OKay, I just downloaded the latest leaked song from the new NIN album Year Zero, the song’s called ‘Me, I’m not’ and it’s amazing. Year Zero is turning out to be the best NIN album ever released next to The Fragile. I can’t express how much I love this song. I’ll upload it to my sidebar mp3 player at some point tonight. I don’t have much to say about the song except the fact that it pwns all.
Okay, in a Mountain Dew fueled rage (I get these alot) I started searching for two things tonight: More gadgets for my sidebar (I love this thing), and a leak of the new Nine Inch Nails album “Year Zero”. Well I found some good gadgets, but i didn’t have any luck on the entire NIN album. I did get one song from Year Zero though: Survivalism, The first single. I had a seizure of pure delight when I found the torrent of the song, I freaking love it. Now I could go on about how awesome the song is, but it’s 6:07am, and I need sleep. So, I’m off to bed.

Okay, I was listening to the Diggnation podcast the other night (I’m behind by a week or so
on my podcasts, thanks to my pc having a seizure) and they were talking about the Nokia Aeon. This has to be the Sexiest phone I’ve ever seen, and the developer shocked me, because it’s from Nokia: The company known for semi-crappy phone design. Moving on, this phone is fucking beautiful. Basically it’s a touchscreen phone like the iPhone, and it’s thin, that’s all we know about it. But If this comes out I will buy one the second it’s released, regardless of thecarrier. Now i know the chances of nokia producing this is probably very slim, but I can dream can’t I?
Okay, I’m addicted to a game caled liero as some people may know. I play it nightly with Ben (Florn) and Joe (Firehead), And the other night whilst messing around with infinate lives, we created a triangle with the ropes in the game and sent ourselves flying. The physics in the game are messed up, and it’s kinda coolies.
So Yea, This is my desktop after I restored my pc. The first thing I did when the restoration
was complete was re-install my theme (Royale Noir) and the Windows Vista sidebar. The Sidebar’s a great little program, It’s less buggy then Yahoo Widget Engine, and just looks coolies. I’m holding off on a vista install for about 3 months until they make it…. Usable. I love some of the new features though. Windows vista does look coolies, it isn’t as laggy as I thought, but I’m still gonna wait. I always wait a while after a new OS comes out.
Okies, It wasn’t exactly the upgrade I wanted (I wanted Vista, but i’m holding off for a bit), but today I had to restore EVERYTHING on my pc’s main hard drive. I was installing random stuff last night, and apparently one of the installers wasn’t exactly….. trustworthy and it screwed up something with the startup files (D= oh noes!!!) so I couldn’t boot into XP, not even Safe Mode. So that kinda messed up my night tonight. Thank god for acer being prepared for this when people like me aren’t: Theres a hidden partition on the hard drive of this pc that contains hard drive image of the HD right after the factory installation. So I got into my Kubuntu live CD I have in case of emergencies, mounted my HD, backed up everything slightly important (like my saved games, since I can always re-install the games themselves later) to my iPod and secondary HD. Then I restarted (well.. I hit restart, then the pc hanged for 10 minutes and I ripped the cord out of the back and plugged it back in.) and pressed the magical combination of Alt+F10 at startup to make my pc go into restore mode. It didn’t take very long for the restore (about 4 minutes for all 6Gb of data) which surprised the hell out of me, considering the last time i restored a pc (last year) it took a good half an hour. Now my only problems are getting my wireless card to turn back on (Windows wont see it) and re-installing everything. But I’ll get all that done tonight.
Now I’m gonna run away into the dark depths of the internet to search for new copies of my software.
Some people were asking me what The Mid-Air Masturbation Dance was, so here’s a little explaination: it’s a clip from a video of random stuff that was made in Garry’s Mod, The name came from sasuke’s random mind. So here it is, in all of it’s goodness (I had to edit it out of a 9 minute video clip. >_>)
